At Regal Engines, every engine is fully stripped, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt using a combination of new and reconditioned components.
We work through every major part of the engine
The cylinder block is rebored or honed, with new bore sleeves fitted where required.
Camshafts, crankshafts and valve assemblies are either renewed, re-profiled or re-machined to meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
We fit new pistons – only where needed, to keep things cost-effective and efficient. Piston Rings, Gaskets & Seals are always replaced throughout.
The oil system is fully overhauled, including a new or reconditioned oil pump and sump clean-out. New Oil filter & Oil replaced.
A brand-new timing chain kit is fitted for reliability and quiet operation.
New Main & Big-end Bearings are fitted
Valves, guides and seats are re-machined or replaced to ensure clean combustion and strong compression.
Engines with Varifocal Valve timing are stripped and cleaned and must be in a serviceable condition or surcharges will apply. Engines with internal balance shafts must be serviceable or surcharges will apply.
ALL ENGINES MUST BE IN A SERVICEABLE CONDITION OR SURCHARGES WILL APPLY
