Complete Engine Services, All In-House
At Regal Engines, we provide a full mechanical service, from oil changes and timing belt replacements to complete engine rebuilds. Our Purfleet based workshop is fully equipped with precision tooling and the latest machinery to deliver professional results on every job.
Whether you need a reconditioned engine, injector testing, or machining work, you can count on our experienced team to carry it out to the highest possible standard.
Disassembly & Inspection
Every engine is carefully dismantled down to its component parts. We inspect each piece for damage, wear, or warping — following strict quality control processes at every stage.
Cleaning & Surface Treatment
We use our Metalas steam cleaning machine to remove built-up oil and grime. When needed, components go through our bead blasting unit or de-carboniser acid dip. Final finishing is done in our Vixen surface treatment machine, restoring parts to near-new condition.
Machining & Reconditioning
We carry out all machining work in-house, including:
- Cylinder head skimming
- Engine block re-boring and honing
- Crankshaft re-grinding
- Thread repairs and custom machining
Our equipment allows us to service and recondition engines for all makes and models, including petrol, diesel and light commercial vehicles.
